This level of inaccuracy was frustrating, to say the least.However, I must commend the company's customer service. Upon receiving my 1-star rating, they promptly reached out to me via phone and WhatsApp to understand the problem. They even sent a replacement machine, which was appreciated.Regrettably, the replacement machine still displayed a significant degree of inaccuracy, consistently registering weights at least 1 kilogram lower than other scales. While the customer service was commendable, the core issue remained unresolved.It's worth noting that the company representatives continued to reach out to me in an effort to improve the rating. It's evident that they are genuinely concerned about customer feedback and ratings.I am writing this review with the hope that it will deter further messages from the company urging me to change my rating. My intention is not to tarnish their reputation but to express my honest experience with their product.In summary, while the customer service was top-notch, the weighing machine's accuracy issues persist. The Weight machine is good but the attached battery cells dead.

When we start the machine the first weight shown is 1kg more than if u again weigh ur weight it will show correctly, that is the only defect has been found in the machine. Overall, it is good to use.
