I bought this for my basement bathroom because I wanted the spray bar/waterfall/diverter combo and didn't feel like paying $1400 for Delta or Moen. I have never had a Chinese made shower fixture before, and I was a little concerned after reading the reviews, but I figured the basement was a good place to give it a try.First off, the fixtures are very high quality, solid brass (or stainless steel?) construction. It all came packaged so that nothing was damaged or scratched when it arrived. I don't understand the negative reviews from people who said their plumbers could not figure out how to install these fixtures or that they needed special adapters or fittings to make it work. I installed this just as easy as any American made fixtures with no special tools or fittings. No leaks, good strong flow, looks great. I've had it in now for about a year and it stil looks and operates great. My only criticism would be that all these Chinese made shower valves seem to use the same cartridge, and I can't find any replacements for them (haven't needed it yet, but I wanted to buy one for a spare). This whole set costs less than the shower valve for my Deltas, so I guess if I need a new one I can just buy the whole set.🤣 Sorry Delta, you're pricing yourself out of the market.

Worked great for 4 years but the arm gave out today.
Had to buy new arm today after 4 years.Arm gave way to 2" Crack on edge where wat3r sprays out.Waiting for replacement arm .

Missing piece
Okay to be fair. The piece is stunning. I called one day after the 30 day mark. My father made me order this way ahead of schedule and we werent able to install it right away since we are renovating a house from ground zero. Nonetheless it was missing the square piece that hides the hole made for the arm. It was difficult to get a hold of the manufacturer. Amazon did give me options as to what I wanted to do. I did buy an open box. I have yet to start showering with it so I cannot give details on that but the customer service did suck but the piece itself is nice.

Great quality, great price!
This faucet is a great value. I am a contractor and we gave this a try on a shower installation project.The customer had purchased a device that replaced a standard shower head, and diverted water between a shower head and hand shower, but mounted on the surface instead of inside the wall. Since we were going to have the shower area down to the studs I suggested we install a more permanent fixture that would give her the slide bar as well as the rain head. I found this and the price was right so we gave it a try.Installation was extremely easy. You will need 4 (four) 1/2” MIP adaptors to whatever piping you prefer to use, as well as 2 (two) 1/2” drop ear elbows for the hand shower outlet and shower head to install to. I use pro-pex fittings with pex-a pipe and the rough in install took about 30 minutes. It’s important to know the thickness of your wall finishes during the rough in process in order to get your drop ear elbows in the right space. The hand shower outlet and shower head pipe both are threaded and need to thread snug against the wall at the perfect depth as the threaded joint gets tight. Use plenty of Teflon tape.The chrome finish is very nice and all the pieces are heavy and have a high quality feel. The slide bar is sturdy and the holder for the hand shower is easy to adjust and is held in place securely when tightened.Overall this was a great purchase and if it sticks around on here I bet I will use it again.Dan
