Easy install in 2006 f150 by adding after market wiring harness to fit factory wiring harness plug. Everything worked as it should. No problems with CD, DVD, radio or gps. Got me where I needed to go but screen does not have the detail that a Garmin has but it is all for under $100 and tons of extra features including back up camera capable if you purchase a backup camera to go with it. Nice unit and cannot see how you can go wrong at this price.

Easy to install, all features work well except antenna, cant get radio stations I used to get. Hooked up a reverse camera and gps both work fine so far. Directions were semi vague so make sure you have some electrical experience. Great fit for my 2012 Xterra!!

This radio is absolutely amazing but I do strongly recommend having after market dash install kit but besides that real easy and has so many options

On my first call to technical support I was told that the error message I was receiving about not being able to lock on to a satellite signal was because my antenna was bad and they would send me a new one. I waited two weeks and then called again tech support again and was told I couldn't mount my antenna on my dash, but it needed to be placed on the roof of my vehicle. That cured that problem but I quickly found out that this GPS is unlike any GPS I have owned it is difficult to operate and I still haven't figured out most of the features. However, it does work, but the maps are old most dating back to 2015. I still haven't got the back up camera to work properly. It does work, but the picture is very dim and I have yet to figure out where the small red wire is supposed to be wired to. I have a background in electronics and shouldn't have had difficulty installing this unit. With basic instructions, I believe BOSS would have a five star product. I live in a rural area and finding help with installation was almost impossible so with basic instructions, it should have been a winner. Additional information added April 15, 2021. This unit works but it doesn't do anything very well. The radio works, just doesn't pull in anything more than local stations. The GPS works to some degree but it is slow and I haven't been able to upgrade the maps. so I have to use what was sent with the unit old 2015 maps. The back up camera is a huge disappointment. The image is so dim it can't be seen most of the time either day or night. I have tried 3 different cameras with no change in display. The moral of the story is you get what you pay for and this is a lower end unit that shouldn't be sold. Buy at your own risk!!

Do not buy this radio, it is discontinued and the GPS chip is only 4 GB which is to small to update. The GPS maps are dated 2015 and of no use. To update you have to go to NDrive and purchase the update for E24.99 Sterling and since there based in the UK that works out to be $30.18 USD which I did. Now comes the fun part neither Tom Tom, Ndrive, BOSS will update for free they all told me they could not do anything for me. Now that I have paid for the update I put the 4 GB micro card into the computer and proceeded to download the update, then it happened there was not enough room on the card to install the update!! I copied all the files onto a 32 GB card and tried to run that in the radio, that did not happen even though the files were there some sort of protection was installed on the smaller 4 GB card to stop that. NDrive finally sent me a replacement install version to work with the larger card. I followed there instructions and that didn't work either. I emailed them again and am still waiting for this to get corrected. Today is May 14, 2021 and has been 2 months without an updated map to use. This complete BS and the lack of Customer Service is very evident. If I could give no stars I would but one is the lowest they'll let me use. I am very dissatisfied with Amazon, Boss Radio, NDrive, and Tom Tom. By the way Tom Tom said they would help but would cost me $69.99 for the Tech to correct.

Install the radio in my 2000 F250 Super Duty Ford everything work great for about a week and then the CD and DVD player stop working called customer service at boss and they told me they would replace it for warranty and then they told me to destroy it and send pictures to them and they told me that they would be able to send me new one within 5 days and then after I destroyed it sent the pictures to them and talk to them again they told me it would be a month or two before I received a replacement wish I would have known that before but understandable because of the virus people being understaffed

This was a replacement on an existing after market stereo, it is WAY better than the one we took out! What I LOVE about it was it isn’t phone specific, I have an iPhone, the previous stereo was android, I don’t care about that stuff. The GPS works GREAT! Even shows posted speeds of roads and it’s exactly what I wanted. No regrets, bought a aftermarket installation bracket for our specific vehicle & it looks like it’s factory installed. Took the advice from another customer & put the antenna under the hood & its spot on!

**New Update** It has been a week, and no response from Boss. I am disapointed.**Update** I am having a problem with the Boss radio starting. What happens is the screen freezes at boot. I can unfreeze by reseting the radio, but I lose all the presets etc.. I have contacted Tech Support and will update when I know more. Accordingly I have dropped a star.I have installed and had a different model of Boss radio. They are solid headend units (which is apparently the right set of words). Just limit what you expect. The Good : Radio - great once I hooked up the P.Antenna wire (blue). Camera - Great once wired correctly. DVD - works. Streaming - great!. Phone - really good. The Bad - Instructions - Even pro instlalers don't know about certain features. Boss used to have better instructions. Sometimes doesn't boot - I think this is a capacitor issue. Every so often I have to turn off and restart car (only when first in). Sometimes GPS doesn't pickup quickly and goes into a searching mode.All that said, it is worth the $99.00. It works good enough.
