Love this product! The perfect size and very well made! So excited to use it!

The description says its 5.6 liters and 10 quarts. But 5.6 liters is actually 5.9 quarts. Not the 10 quarts described..

I’m SO bummed! We have used this minimal times since purchasing it, and just now started to use it as a simmer pot for homemade potpourri and it’s cracked straight down the side, like a seam.

The seller is advertising a 10 quart pot, but is sending a 5 quart pot. It’s not pre seasoned, instructions clearly state to preseason it prior to first time use. The casting of the pot is poor. Grindings on the lip of the pot are very visible and so is the seam inside where the 2 halves come together. It’s painted black to give the illusion that it’s seasoned. Do not waste your money. Scam!!!

It was the right size for making Chile

Used this on our camping trip to Death Valley. We were extremely pleased with how well it worked. Just make sure you sand out all the rough spots. Clean it well with warm water and a brush. Then follow the correct seasoning steps before you use it.We used it for making split pea soup and Poetjie Kos to name a few. We are so pleased with it that we ended up buying another product from them to complement our camping gear.Only addition I would have liked to see was a Notched handle so that it hangs more securely if I choose to hang it from a tripod over the fire. I just plan on welding some nuts onto it. Still a highly recommended product.
