FMS Waist Trimmer Ab Sauna Body Sweat Belt for Weight Loss, for Men & Women, Adjustable (White, X-Small)

Does this product work, well in terms of sweating, yes it does but I had issues. I wanted this Belt to enhance my sweating during my workouts but more specifically to help stabilize my back while I did my resistance training (especially when I use my 25 lb Kettlebells). I workout almost everyday in one form or another. I do resistance training 5 day a week & have used the Belt for almost 2 weeks during my training periods. I gave it a decent chance to work & it does in terms of the sweat factor BUT like I said I have issues. What I can not take is the toxic smell of the plastic on the inside of the Belt, it's absolutely horrible. As soon as I opened the package I smelled it but I thought it'll be okay, I'll clean it. I washed it more than once w/ warm soapy water but it didn't work, the smell was just as bad. I kept thinking the smell would wear off after a few more cleanings/uses but it remains the same. Unfortunately I can no longer handle it. It stinks of chemicals so badly that I can not have near me/sitting next to me if I am not using it. This is how bad it was, every time I would walk into whatever room the Belt was in I could smell the plastic immediately (I had to put it in a Space Bag). The other issue I have, & this may be bc my waist is very tiny/thin, is that XS Belt is to long. It curls up on the bottom of my lower Back. The bottom line is this Belt WILL MAKE YOU SWEAT so if that's what you want then by all means purchase it but be aware that the inside of the Belt, the " Anti-Slip Grid Technology" part, smells like terrible. Also, if you already have a thin waist the XS will need a good trim so it fits properly & doesn't curl up on you. If you buy this Belt thinking you'll wear it & your Stomach will automatically shrink you're fooling yourself. You have to workout no matter your age/size. You must do some sort of resistance training, eat healthy whole food, live clean & try to be as stress free as possible. This Belt will only work if you work w/ it. I truly wish there was some way to get rid of the plastic stench.
