Perfect for newbies. Easily washable, light weight and sturdy at the same time. The ridges on the tips are perfect for not letting the food slip. The material seems to be somewhere between SS and Aluminium. The only downside (for all metal chopsticks) is that when the food it hot the tips of the chopsticks will stay hot for a few seconds more, so for foods where you have to insert the morsel in your mouth while hot, the tips will also feel hot on the tongue and lips. I guess you need practice for that. Good value for price.
