This has been a life saver we have inherited a senior hound who has some leakage.This shampoo not only cleans the smell and stains effectively it has bought the pile back up and has agitated more fur from the pile which I am shocked by as I hoover and clean my carpets regularly using both a pet carpet shampooer and hoover

Unfortunately my beautiful bengal girl cat has been diagnosed with high grade lymphoma, she has always been a clean cat. However following recent sedation for tests she came home a little disoriented & proceeded to pee on the dogs blanket on the chesterfield cuddle chair. I thought I’d caught it before it soaked into the chair however when I lifted the blanket a tiny spot had soaked through. I quickly proceeded to grab my usual Dr Beckmann upholstery shampoo & spot cleaned the little spot. The following day I opened the lounge & the smell was overpowering with cat pee. Unfortunately unbeknownst to me she had been peeing on the chair frequently & with the dogs blanket being on the chair I presumed it was that which smelled so kept washing it & putting it back on. This was masking the extent of the problem for which I imagine she’s been doing it on & off for a few weeks.My heart sank as the chair is virtually untouched, we mainly sit in the family room & the lounge is only used occasionally so the dogs hardly go in there. I thought it was either a tip job or I’d try to clean it first, worst case tipping it or staining it. I researched what to use when I came upon the pawbits cleaner, I am familiar with their products as we use the artificial grass cleaner which is fantastic.So I ordered a bottle of upholstery shampoo & the spray bottle for any other accidents. It arrived the following day, as I have a vax spot wash I set about cleaning the area. It smelt BAD!! I had the windows open, cat pee with warm steamy air cos obviously it was the only hot day in the UK the day I had to clean it!!I gave the entire chair a clean, I took the cushion case off & washed that in the washing machine (against manufacturer’s instructions) cos it was saturated. The foam cushion was dripping with pee in the right back corner, I sprayed a good amount of the spray on that & put it outside under the pergola to drain & dry. Back to the chair, I managed to clean the majority of it with the spot cleaner but I struggled to get into the gap in the corners so I soaked micro fibre clothes in a concentrated solution, rolled them lengthwise & stuffed them between the gaps. The fluid soaked in & the following day I removed the cloths, left it all to dry for 3 days then gave it a quick vacuum over.What a transformation, when I walk in the room all I can smell is a similar smell to new carpet. I’m so impressed with these products! Photos are after I’d cleaned.

I’m really impressed with the Pawbits Pet Stain and Odour Carpet Shampoo. It works wonders on stubborn pet stains and completely neutralizes odours from cat and dog accidents. The lemon scent is fresh but not overpowering, leaving the room smelling clean. A little goes a long way thanks to the super-concentrated formula, making the 1L bottle great value. It tackled old urine spots on my carpet with ease, and I love that it’s cruelty-free. Perfect for homes with pets ! . Really impressed with this Pawbits shampoo. It tackled both old and fresh pet stains effectively, removing marks and completely getting rid of the nasty odour. The lemon scent is pleasant and subtle, making the room smell fresh without overpowering. Easy to mix and use, especially with a carpet cleaner. Great value too, as a little goes a long way. Would definitely recommend if you’re dealing with pets and frequent carpet messes.
