I'm a Homeowner, Now What? (A Logbook for Everything in Your Home) Hardcover-spiral – September 15, 2016

This little book thought of every possible note you would need to keep. Very helpful. The subject tabs are different than I would have done it, but I worked around it. It's my go-to book for all things home related. I've given these as gifts for new home buyers and they were greatly appreciated.

This was a perfect closing gift for my client!

If you have a very standard home built pre-2010, this should have a spot for everything. However, if you home has had a lot of upgrades or is newer then all your home systems may not have a spot in the book. For example, the book is missing a spot for smart home features, alternative energy system, and a pool. I think that overall the book is pretty great to keep alot of useful home information in one spot. However, the book could do with an expansion to account for the changing nature of home systems that you see today.

Good idea for any homeowner to organize things.

My son purchased a home recently and received this as a birthday gift. He is a picky “receiver” but admitted that he loves this because it will help him get organized

This was a great purchase for being a new homeowner! It has different sections dedicated to different areas of the home - even areas you would forget about! It also has a section in the back of things you should do to upkeep the home monthly, quarterly and yearly. Highly recommend

Didn’t really fit in my situation for a condo. Could only use about 1/4 th of it.

Great gift for first time home owners!
