Perfect amount of tape to cover most of my bike paint
Enough to cover most of the important paint sections on my bike and the thickness is perfect. I had no issues with installation using soapy water and had minimal bubbles. Seems to adhere well so far.

Works as described
I got this for a mountain bike. I had to cut to fit and I did apply with soap and water to get as many air bubbles out as I could. Turned out great. Seems very durable and is very clear, not noticeable unless right next to it. Would buy again.

Against DIY
This was mentioned, be aware of the wind. Best to apply in a garage. Also easy to apply when the surface is flat. Difficult when it curves. Unless you got the skill set to do this, I would leave it up to the pros. It's not the product. It's not easy, and more difficult than applying tint film on a window. I give it 4 starts to catch your attention if you are thinking about DIY. I used it on my headlights which takes a beating from sand, dirt, etc. It's ok if it's not perfect. If you got a show car you want to protect, pay a professional to apply PPF.

Good Quality Protection for decals installed.
I purchased the 30"×6" roll to protect 12" wide decals purchased from an Etsy store for my Tacoma. I installed the decals and let them cure for a week and trimmed the film to fit oversize slightly and using a wet soapy water mix and the supplied squeegee, placed the film on the truck. The results are great! This protection keeps the individual decals from peeling off due to washing or polishing them.

Best I've used
I bought this product to cover some small rock prone areas on my C8 on the rear quarter panel. I purchased a different material from another vendor that didn't work out because of gloss, and difficulty getting the air squeegeed out over a very thin vinyl decal. This material has a superior gloss and adhesion properties. Although I didn't need to stretch it over any contours, I could tell it was very flexible and likely would work great over a compound curve. I made templates prior to applying this PPF so I knew I would have a good fit where I needed it. As far as removing it, I can't really say, but I did need to lift it in a couple of places to remove a dirt speck underneath it, and I would say that if it's still a little damp on the mating surface, you can pull it up and reposition as long as you spray more soapy juice under it. But if you have it almost all the way squeegeed out, you'll likely need some heat to do it and you'll likely overstretch it. I liked using it, and the gloss is superior to any other I've used. I wouldn't hesitate to buy more in a different size to complete another area I'd like to protect.

Ok film but..
I got this stuff first. It worked ok but didn't form as well or as easy as the 3M film I bought 2nd. The 3M film formed and stuck better.

Covers scratches in satin
I used it on my matte bike after I realized that scratches cannot be removed by buffing like with glossy finishes.I was not expecting it but once I applied this film, I could no longer see the scratchesThe application was not so difficult but the film sticks strongly, even using soapy water. It is easy to stretch so that helps a bit.Overall totally recommend this, bit pricy but much better value than frame protection kits.

I'm sorry, but it's a Fail.
Film ends up cloudy after application. It's not moldable, and doesn't shrink to fit (heat). I bought a vinyl table cover with gumming, basically. NO REFUND ELIGIBLE. So just make sure what you want protected is flat/straight and you can cut around it (no tucking in excess).Pro:1) easy to apply on flat/straight surfaces.2) perfect thickness for great protection.3) east to removeCon:1) backing is white (not transparent like others), so it's hards to line up, cut, and fit before sticking it on (can't see through it until I remove backing to expose gumming)2) Too thick to mold, and go around grooves/concave/curvature.3) Doesn't react to heat, so it won't bond or shrink for right, and tight fit (like shrink wrap). Great for square/flat panels or lights but you must cut it exactly! I had 1 cm at the ends i tried to tuck under my lights/frame, but it kept unbonding and Popping out even after heating it.4) end result is a cloudy lense (headlight). So it would be fine for colored surfaces, but it clouds clear headlights a little bit. Product is thick so it adds to the turbid shear/haze, but in all fairness, maybe my soap/water ratio was off?I wish I could get a refund for a cut up used product :(. It is NOT a bad product, just bad for me and curved headlights. JUST NEED BETTER DESCRIPTION/RECOMMENDATION.
