Ok product.
The bolt to adjust the L to R tilt on this was stripped so it constantly can be moved. Other than that it's a pretty good product with good range of motion. Comes with everything you need to hang it plus some which is the only reason why it got the higher rating.

I installed it next to my bed, as a retractable side table / holder for Remote controls and Beverages (Probably around 10 lbs attached). Feels really steady.

Pain to tilt
It does what it is supposed to but difficult to get the tv at the right angle you need since the bolt to loosen to make it tilt is behind where you hang the tv. It’s a pain in the neck to get to. Definitely needs a better design.

Great mount
excellent product easy to install and the extra hdmi cable was very helpful. It even held up my 32" tv. Strong brackets very happy with it.

Nice cheap mount that worked perfectly to mount a 24" TV in our RV. You get a free HDMI cable to boot!
