Works for fresh but bad to freeze
These papers work well for patting out burgers for same day cooking. I patted out 8 extra 1/4 lb patties for freezing. Vacuum sealed them with 1 sheet between each patty. 2 weeks later after thawing out these papers rip apart like wet paper. Pain to seperate

if you have a burger press ... wax paper like this is very useful and helpful and a must have to keep them separated and ready for the grill.

I really like using the precut papers in my hamburger press. Makes for quick and easy job of pressing and freezing the patties.
