120 Miles and 30,000+ Feet of Elevation in 14-days With Zero Foot Pain
I paired the Superfeet Hike Support insoles with my Merrell Moab 3s and I’m blown away. Over a two-week trek, I hiked about 120 miles and climbed over 30,000 feet of elevation over 14 days. Not once did my feet hurt. No hot spots, no aching arches, no blisters and no “end of day” foot pain. They provided steady support all day and made my boots feel more stable and comfortable, especially on long climbs and descents. They fit my size 14 shoes right out of the box and feel durable and supportive without being bulky. I also tested Road Runner Sports custom insoles in-store with a side-by-side comparison. With the Road Runner insoles, my ankles rolled. With the Superfeet, I felt noticeably more stable and the overall comfort was better. If you’re putting in real miles and want your feet to feel good day after day, these are the best insoles I’ve used. Highly recommend.

Almost perfect (for me)
In my experience, these work better than custom orthotics in accommodating my severe pronation (flat feet from tarsal collation). Then rigid arch supports the foot very well, and the foam covering is deeply cupped in the heel, and comfortable throughout the footbed. I did find that the covering wears holes through very quickly (within a month), but I extended their life with patch of fabric tape. One star removed for the covering's longevity. That aside, these are an excellent arch support.

Heel Spur pain gone.
Buy these ! Super feet have saved my feet. Doctor recommended these for my heel-spur, with a heal spur you literally have a bone growing out the bottom of your foot. I would have pain with even a modest walk. I replaced them every year on my birthday. The insoles have a stiff rear plastic cup that helps stabilize your foot, the arch is modest and not overly high. You just have to cut them to the same shape of the useless original insoles that come with your shoes.

Comfortable, but didn’t last.
I’ll cut to the chase — these were comfortable, no doubt about it. I have high arches and went with the med/high option, which felt great. No trimming needed; they dropped right into my size 10.5 work boots and stayed put. That said, durability was a letdown. I bought these on 5/7/25 and wore them about 80–90 hours every two weeks. By month four, they were worn through at the toes and ready to be replaced. For reference, I’m 6’1", 185 lbs, and wear work boots (non-construction). I know insole lifespan can vary based on use, but 6–12 months seems to be the standard expectation — and these didn’t make it there. At $55, I expected better longevity. I’d consider buying them again if they could hold up for at least six months, but for now, I’m switching brands to see if I can get more wear for the money.

I hike A-LOT (5-30km day/ruggad multi day etc), my feet are challenging to find good fitting footwear, constantly protesting and these make a world of difference! If you have only used insoles that come with $ hiking footwear it does take time to get your feet accommodated to them (wear around house for a few hours and start with shorter trails as they can make your feet sore at first) Make sure they are maxed out in the shoe-not your actual foot as I was previously professionally fitted on another brand and could feel the edge as my foot slid forward on downhill which is very annoying. If your arches are longer size up and cut them down. The added arch support I didn't realize I needed has made the challenging search for 'wide enough without being sloppy' shoes much easier as the support does not allow your foot/toe area to flatten and splay out as much (hard to explain, google it lol) I gravitate toward trail runners any chance I get regardless of being on the 'wet coast' i dont feel the need for ankle support and find boots are frustrating. Doing more winter trips i have acquired a few pairs of boots as they are clearly a better choice with snowshoes. Working on breaking in a new pair of Arc’teryx I found myself beyond sloppy... I swapped out the insoles and finally understood why they are marketed for stability as well (I didn't note much of a difference in the trail runners aside from improved fit and comfort but the boots I gained some major improvements in stability) highly recommend! I ordered a pair of these and the comfort insoles sized up in both and my husband has snagged a pair for his hunting boots before I cut them down and will not be returning as he's loving the improvement he didn't know he needed 😂 he preferred the comfort as he felt they took up less room in his boot but they both seem similar thickness looking at them. He also does not put them endless kms on that I do. To add, if I had to guess I have probably put over 250 bush km on my first pair and they still look and feel brand new, (I believe they are supposed to be replaced way more often but I don't see a need-photo has used pair shown) I only purchased a second to avoid moving them shoe to shoe! Hope that's helpful with making decisions to purchase!
