I am so happy I bought this charger. I was worried about purchasing an aftermarket charger but it works great, the cord does not feel hot when it's charging and the charge time for my PHEV is about 3-4 hours max. The light indicators let you know if the charge is in progress. The first time, I didn't have the wall end firmly pressed in and it did not charge. The indicator lights on the unit were easy to understand that the charge was not in progress. I feel it's a good value and so far, so good.

The 40 amp charger works great. The 25 foot heavy duty cable is well made. The charger has quite a bit of bulk to it and casing is very good. I was surprised to see it also came with a plastic holder. That was not advertised in the description. Otherwise the unit would scrape against my stucco wall outside.Customer service is excellent. I contacted them a few times with questions and got a reply within a day each time vi email from China. Great value for the money. I also like that you can delay the charge to a lower electric rate time. Thanks

Unit charged correctly one time overnight. Next day unit has ground fault error, same as many other buyers have stated. Documentation is scant, no information about testing the unit, or what error codes mean. another buyer did get reply from the manufacturer, apparently encouraging them to bypass the warning and use the charger despite the error. Not an option when my families safety is at stake. Returning the unit. I will try another manufacturer instead.

Been working well. Bought the 32 A version on Prime day. A few minor issues to be aware of, but not concerned about - 1. even though it is supposed to be 32 A at 240 V, the J1772 handle is rated at 30 A according to its markings. However my 2022 Tucson charger is only a 7.2 kW charger, so if set to 32 A full current, it only pulls 30.5 amps (243 VAC). I generally charge at 24 A so as not to heat the battery as much - doesn't significantly extend the time. 2. Manual is sparse but not much you need to know. There was a reference to having an RFID card to put near the unit to change the current, but Keruida confirmed to me that this is just a touch button on this model. Knowing this, no issue and changes easily when not plugged in. BTW the actual charger is a "ZenCar", so Keruida seems to be a retailer for Zencar. 3. The J1772 handle is "Tight" in the car's socket. It goes in, but takes a little effort to pull out, compared to public charging stations and the Level 1 charger that came with the car. Have not decided if I should try to sand the outside of the connector, or lube it with silicone grease. Will see if it loosens up in time I guess. OVERALL - Working well for two months with the Tucson and a great value.

I originally bought this to use with my Kia EV6 and it was great. It charges super fast for a L1 charger and it consistently provides 16A to the vehicle. When I brought my Tesla 3, it did not come with a charger. The only thing that was included was a SAE J1772 Charging Adapter that the Tesla dealer insisted would work with my current charger setup. Not only does it work great, I basically have no need to upgrade to a L2 charger as it completely fits my charging needs. I plug it in when I get home from work and it is always fully charged by the time I need it the next morning. The button on the top even works with the Tesla-supplied adapter to unlock the charging port just like the actual Tesla charger does. I couldn't be happier. I bought a Tesla mobile charger thinking that it would be better, but it tops out at 12Amps and is noticeably slower than using the Keruida charger. If anything ever happens to this thing, I would absolutely purchase another one.
