Not a valuable product
I have been using weightlifting straps since couple of years .. this is the worst quality i have came across .. the material is poor which i wont suggest for gym barbell .. no grip … too slippery material.. in same amount you can get so much better from amazon itself ..

Good product but it does'nt have much cushion it only have one sponge which is like 10 paper thin it will strain your wtist in heavy weights for beggining it is excellent
