EGO Power+ AH1530 Replacement Rapid Reload Plus Trimmer Head (Clockwise) for Model ST1500SA and ST1500SF

Easy to replace and works perfectly. Threads the line and rewinds it easily

I just replaced my EGO string trimmer head ST1500ST with......the new EGO model head AH1530. I also watched the You Tube video explaining the procedure from 'Around the Home'. I must say, it wasn't all that difficult to replace. After taking it apart as described, I used a 9/16th socket to remove the long nut on the original trimmer head. I did have to give it some extra elbow grease to remove. I had to use a 1/2" socket to install the new smaller nut that does come with the new trimmer head. Initially when opening the packaging, you can hear it move around in the unit which I thought at first was a broken part inside.Once everything was assembled, it was a joy to push the unit down and hear the click that keeps it in place. Feeding the string through the small holes and turning clockwise is a huge plus now!!Lastly, gave it a brief test drive. Yayyyyyyyyy!!!! Works very nicely. The replacement head, the video, and the whole procedure of replacing was great. I hope that this review may help someone else with their string trimmer mission!! :):):)

Leggero e pratico con ricarica rapida del filo.Per me, l'unica nota negativa, risulta essere il disco di protezione, svincolato della testa "batti e vai": a volte prende un giro falsato dalla testina e va in risonanza, vibra e fa rumore. Non so, forse è un piccolo difetto di progettazione (anche il pezzo originale lo fa). Non inficia il suo utilizzo.

The original trimmer head began cutting the string inside of the head itself. Fortunately this one was available. Works great. Easy to install? it is if you have an impact driver, which I have. Durability? time will tell, but so far it works flawlessly.
