Already a fan of phiten products. Combined with Metax lotion this combo brings tension release in any muscle of my neck, back and calves.It’s seems this oval version is “stronger” than the circles. Using three in same area is too much for me

Makes minor pains disappear

I hurt my foot doing a 7 mile hike & used the round phiten patch that’s cheaper, but it didn’t work on my foot this time, so I used these oval shaped Metax ones & my foot felt better after a couple days. Now, I have it on my back, too! They do work!
