This thing really does a great job. It's on wheels so if I need to move it I can just roll it. It does a large area and doesn't make any noise at all. I like that if you don't use the hose that comes with it when the tank is full it beeps and doesn't run anymore. So you don't have to worry about it overfilling. I myself like using the tune and having it go into a large tub. It makes the house smell clean as well. I put it in my main bathroom and made sure the door was shut. The door only opened when we used the bathroom ( Inhave 5 boys and my husband) so you can imagine the smells. By lunch time I opened the door and my bathroom smelled so fresh and clean like I had just been in there cleaning. Love this product for sure.

Purchased this item for a home that the ceiling was mildewing. We had this on hand and it has worked great. It has the option to add tubing so you don't have to keep dumping the container. It sits in the bathroom with tubing run direct to the sink drain. The hallway ceiling area has been completely mildew free since using this product. Would purchase again.

Low noise level and does a fantastic job in the basement bedroom eliminating moisture. Excellent product easy to clean filter easy set up and easy to dump water. Also very convenient that it shuts off when full. So no worries of over flowing water.

I love this humidifier, it's very quiet, you don't even realize it's on. It does exactly what it is suppose to do. I set the humidity % I want for my house on it (I know it's accurate because I have a smart thermostat that alerts me when my house humidity is as I have set it and both matches) and once it reaches or exceeds it, it goes to work to reduce and remove the excess humidity from the air. You will know it's working by the water level in the retention storage. The storage bin where the water goes is very easy to remove and put back. No hassle.

I live in Missouri and we get very humid Summers. My basement has always felt disgustingly *moist* (barf). This is the second Summer that I’ve had this dehumidifier and it’s a game changer! It has a pull out compartment that collects water but it also comes with a clear tube. At first, I just used the interior compartment but this things works so well that every morning it was FULL. I ordered a collapsible bucket and decided to try plugging in the clear tube… the bucket in the picture gets almost full in less than two days. It’s crazy how great this thing is!I originally had the dehumidifier on the floor but when I plugged in the tube, I needed elevation, so I moved it onto a table.This is easy to use and has built in wheels on the bottom so you can just push it from one spot to another.Anyone living in a humid climate should buy this ASAP! Highly recommend!!

I have never had a dehumidifier before, but after doing searches for products that help remove musty odors I decided to check them out on Amazon. I live in an area that doesn't get much rain at all, but am about a mile from the coast so I think that's the cause of the excess moisture in the air. I live in a three story 2700 sq ft townhome that's about 30 years old. It has always smelled old, musty, stale and mildewy to me. I purchased three of these units a couple weeks ago, one for each level of the house and so far I think it's made a difference. I find them to be quiet (similar to the sound a mini fridge would put out), they were easy to set up and not messy at all when removing the water collection bin. I was a bit surprised that it only takes six hours for them to completely fill up. I think the biggest difference is that when I have the one on in the lowest level of the house (which is subterranean), I no longer smell the mustiness which is success to me!

Worked great when i managed to get it started, always blamed the time spent fiddling with the button to when it would start working on a compressor protection time out but last couple on months i realized it was off when it whis more humid than it was set to - again fiddled with the buttons and it turned on - problem solved - wrong it refuses to turn on now, showed a CH on the screen and the front light i think was amber, unplugged it, now its green but will not turn on regardless that the humidity is well above the set level. Not sure how to contact the seller or manufacturer as this is way to short of a lifespan and is very environmentally unfriendly to have to dump it sooo soon!
