OMG! My wife and I both use it, it works great on our tight or strained muscles. We are both very active as dog walkers and outdoor enthusiasts . I always keep several tubes in reserve ( no joke), never want to run out. Also helps with reducing acidic muscles. I’ve taken all kinds of magnesium supplements and creams in past, this by far surpasses all other supplements in effectiveness for pain relief from tight/ knotted/ strained muscles. I still take a magnesium supplement capsule, which does help…….BUT Hyland Leg cramp cream that I use on neck and shoulder s the most works in a few mins each time. It helps wife quite a lot with back pain and restless leg syndrome.

This works so much better than the other brand - its WAY less messy and works better in my opinion. I travel with it too. I couldn't survive without this cream. I have really bad cramps and this undoes even the worst in minutes. i keep a tube at hand always, for about 20 yrs.

I have terrible leg cramps at night, one after the other, and have probably tried every product to help with leg cramps that is made from Theraworks, Magnum Solace and other brands I can't remember the names of off hand. I still use Theraworks and Hyland's rub on products because they help more than any of the other brands I have tried. It seems like after using one brand for a few nights it doesn't work as well and the cramps come back so I switch to the other brand which helps. And, I also drink some pickle juice for the cramps just before I go to bed. Probably not good for one's teeth, but it does aid in helping reduce leg cramps.

The company finally fixed the flow nozzle so it comes out at a slower pace. You should no longer have to worry about making a mess and wasting the product when you just need a dab.
