Pads are not that great
Returned this item. Without the pads it works well, the stomache synching part is quite good. But the pads are tiny and don’t match with your body if you are anywhere between size medium-large / size 10 and over (UK)Quality is good, the material is quite soft and well made, just didn’t work for my body

Not the best I’ve purchased
If you have a pouch under your stomach like I do I found these shorts enhanced the fatty pouch due to corset bringing the waist in, which made the shorts look good from the front view but not from the side as my fatty pouch was really emphasized. The bum pads look really fake and pointy and hip pads didn’t cover my hip dips :( the only thing I liked was the corset part bringing my waist in. The material wasn’t comfortable at all. Hope this helps some people
