No itching or weird scent
Works really well and doesn’t damage my hair like other stuff I tried for dandruff. It instantly helps itching and dry scalp without leaving a weird scent. My hair is actually soft and smooth.

Best Shampoo for me AND my dog's skin
I love these Selsun blue shampoos. I first tried using them for my dog for itchy skin in the summer when he had hotspots and seasonal allergies and it has been with us for years since then. When I developed some seborhea-like scabs on my scalp I knew what to reach for. And guess what - it worked great! I actually introduced this shampoo into my regular routine so that my dry scalp does not come back. It is healing but not drying my scalp and it is amazing for my dogs skin as well. tough for healing but gentle on the skin. Also the consistency is really nice and thick and you can just use a little bit of it and it foams up fast.

Smells awesome, decreases dandruff
This smells like the old L'Oreal Kids shampoos. I have medium dandruff, meaning that my shirts don't get covered in flakes, but when I scratch my head (which is often), kind of a lot comes off. This shampoo has helped a lot with that. There's still some dandruff, but not nearly as much as I had before.

Leaves hair feeling clean.
This is the 3rd Selsun that I have tried, and my favorite. One was too harsh, one was too oily. This was is just right.

Pediatric doctor reccomended for my 7 month old
My pediatric doctor reccomended I buy this for my 7 ALMOST 8 month old daughter for her craddle cap (yellow/orange flakey splotches in her hair on her scalp caused from dry skin). We live in Ohio and its just now going on spring, so my doctor told me that due to my location and winter drying out the skin more her craddle cap is common and happens in a lot of babies. My daughter is my 5th child and 3rd of which to have craddle cap. I used this before for my other 3 years ago and it worked great. My baby dr reccomended using it NO MORE then twice a week in her hair. She mentioned this is SAFER THEN teetree oil shampoo stating tee tree tends to irritate a babys scalp more and this does not. She has 3 boys of her own and also mentioned she used it for 2 of hers - 2 of her 3 had craddle cap as well. All you do is wash like normal BUT BECAREFUL this is NOT tearfree and will burn and irritate your babys eyes if it goes in them ALWAYS TILT YOUR BABYS HEAD BACK AND WIPE AND THAT RUNS DOWN THEIR FORHEAD before it gets to their eyes to avoid eye irritation. Then you can comb out with a baby comb or a soft baby hair brush or gently use your nail to loosen flakes away. Using twice a week for 3 weeks should completely if not almost completely remove all craddle cap from your babys head.ALWAYS CONSULT YOUR OWN DOCTOR BEFORE USE ON YOUR BABY AS ADVICE / RECCOMENDATIONS MAY VARY. IM NOT A DR, JUST A MOTHER OF 5 KIDS.

Look for the seal
I like this item for shampoo but it hasn't helped itchy scalp. Unfortunately, my last order had lost its seal and leaked. This is the first time I have received a broken seal on a product delivered by Amazon. I kept the product and cleaned up the bottle.
