Hisense 15 Place Settings Dishwasher (H15DSS, Silver,Stainless Steel, Inbuilt Heater,Quick Wash)

This is purely my personal opinion. I feel seller is selling refurbished/used products imported from china and selling in india. Reason : My Dishwasher stopped worked after 10 months. While it was still under warranty, Service person visited and upon inspection he identified dishwasher under panel was removed in the past for service related issues. Well not from my side as this is first service post sales as it is just 10 months old. I doubted it must be refurbished/used machine.2. Upon inspection he identified heater was faulty and asked whether tap water supply has hardness as he observed lot of scales got deposited in just 10 months of use. Cauvery river water supply is only source and in tds range of around 100 only. 100% No chance of scale deposits formation given the water source. This second point also provides some insights on dishwasher might be refurbished/used item.3. In 1 year time rust deposits are seen on sides of dishwasher and paint started fading away with rust strains visible.4. PCB also went bad after replacing heater.After long wait of 4 months for service happy to see my dishwasher started working :)But lastly would like to appreciate hisense support service. They have placed order to China and replaced all my faulty spares. We need to be patient as they keep trying to help us with service. Since their product is based out of China, spares would come from china which will take longer time. But upon regular follow-ups hisense support also worked promptly to get the issue resolved.Lastly beware of this seller. Get some idea about dishwasher before hand before ordering. Amazon open box delivery was excellent option given to customer. But if we have some knowledge looking at inside dishwasher it matters a lot. Outside looks might cheat us and we think it is brand new. Need to take a thorough look inside also. I have seen water deposits everywhere inside dishwaher and one vessels parking trolley tray is slightly broken at the corner. This I have observed post Amazon delivery team left. If we can thoroughly check while Amazon delivery opens box during delivery time and definitely can make out it's used or new. Specific checks during delivery time would help a lot and we can right away reject delivery to avoid nightmares later.

Amazon delivery was perfect, on time and was open box delivery.Product quality is still unknown as not yet installed.24/10 update- Installation was finally done after many follow ups. Installation person was quite inexperience. All he did was opened box and kept in dishwasher at designated area. He didn't even explain features and gave demo. May be because we didn't buy the stand from him.Anyways coming to the product itself: Looks premium, easy to use. And i have used twice as of now and it works absolutely perfect. Cleans all vessels even at 1 hour cycle. Info manual was quite helpful as we are first time user of dishwasher. 2 finish detergent tablets & small trial pouch of rinse aid were provided in the box. First few days looks like its good purchase at 30k. We were going to buy LG or Bosch both prices 48-50k respectively but looks like i made good choice got same quality while saving a lot of money.23/10 Installation is not yet done even after 5days of delivery. Our worse thought came true as we were afraid of after sales support. No onr contacted for installation so we called Hisense customer care and booked one. And the customer care were clueless they didn't even knew hisense sell dishwasher. Another executive booked installation for refrigerator. After 4 days installation guy called and told me he was coming to install a.c. so even he didn't knew how to install dishwasher. He gave number of another guy who installs dishwasher. Dishwasher guys answered and told he will arrive by 5.30 pm. After that he never picked up ca from any number. Looks like they won't be coming to install. Staying in Mumbai i didn't expect it to be such an experience for after sales. imagine 2/3 tier cities or even in villages. If installation is such an headache how will be the repair service. I might ask for refund and might buy LG or Bosch dishwasher if locally available.I will update as status changes.

Genuinely i would say, i wont like to purchase any products from Hisense and wont even recommend to any of my frnds or families as this is one worst brand when it comes to support. Technical issues could arrive anywhere and everywhere but the response on support is important. But here the employees are not even aware of the product. Worst brand and worst people sitting even in the escalation groups. The escalation email ids given in brand page is all just for name sake as there wont be any response or resolution or non if the promises would be achieved.

The media could not be loaded. Poor quality products, unable to start last 10 days , no customer service by Hisense and no response from Amazon also.

I purchased this unit on August 2022, after using a month feel the product is really good. The touch switches are really amazing. Super build quality, low noise.

Beautiful on first sight. Excellent build quality. Easy to operate touch panel. Hisense is very popular home appliances brand in China. It is in par with quality with Bosch and IFB but for lesser price. Simple to operate by reading manual. I only installed myself just like washing machine. But before buying any dishwasher or washing machine make sure your water inlet is as I shown in picture. Remove tap and fix ball valve in its place. This is mandatory.
