Great product and can feel the benefits

Bought these to help even out blood pressure due to their properties as a vasodilator. Given the cost I was not disappointed at all. It was easy to take, no digestion issues, and there wasn't much of an after taste. I'm glad I found them.

Really good supplement to assist with lowering blood pressure and in some cases blood sugar. If taken as prescribed it boosts effectiveness of diuretics.

Nutricost Beet Root has helped lower my blood pressure better than one of my BP medications. My prescription BP actually raised my BP! I take two Nutricost Beet Root capsules daily and am pleased with the results.

I took this to help lower my blood pressure. Unfortunately, it didn't do anything. Plus it had a weird taste even through the capsules. I don't take it anymore.

First off the brand: If you're looking around at all the beet root pills you can't go wrong with Nutricost. I've used almost everything from this company from Creatine to Pre Workout. I knew this company could be trusted . . . Side effects: I personally have not encountered any side effects however just because I didn't doesn't mean you won't. If your body doesn't handle pills and medication as good as others, I'd suggest to consult your physician before trying these . . . Positive effects: unfortunately just like with the side effects, my body is pretty much immune to anything good or bad. I have not experienced anything beneficial after taking these for a few weeks now. Everything about my body still feels the exact same as before taking these. The downside of having an iron temple lol . . . All in all I'll keep using these for the memes and again if your body has a record of not reacting well to pills and medication, consult with your physician first. I am satisfied with my purchase
