I have brewed since 1990. I did not buy any kits till this year 2019. I have tried 3 kits and this is my favorite. I really liked the Belgium white also. Everyone that has tasted the yellow jacket wants more! I did some adjustments and got it to come out at 9%. Enjoy! I wish I could make 20 gallons!

smells better than any other brew I have done
This time around went as smooth as any other time, I didn't even need to do the secondary fermentation, smells better than any other brew I have done, won't get to taste it for three more weeks for bottling and conditioning, but I can already tell this one will be a great beer!!!!!

Perfect for summer
This is a perfect summer beer. Light and crisp and with a hint of honey flavor. This beer is a hit around the pool or at a BBQ. Once again Jasper's kit was fresh and easy to brew.
