Haven't had this very long, but so far it's doing wonders for my dry eye condition. Ever since we moved to Arizona, I've slowly started to have issues with dry eyes and finally decided to start doing things for it. Supplements definitely help, but when my dry eyes get really bad I needed something more. This is definitely doing the trick so far and does work better than other heat eye patches that I've used in the past. It just seems like the heat is targeted just right, which is seemingly making it more effective than others. It's also really easy to use and understand how to operate. Battery life seems super long as well. Have used it solidly over the last week and haven't had to charge it yet. Definitely a great investment, especially if you suffer from dry eyes like I do.

it was expensive....and has ceased heatingg! I am furious, had it less than 2 months. reading that is had only a one month guarantee is ridiculous, I can't believe Amazon would permit such a rip-off. Almost sounds like the manufacturor knew it blows out in less than 2 months and this expensive mask would have to be returned. I grant you I believed the large words RETURNABLE on the initial ad, never noticed that 2 months and apparently it "blows" out or frankly, otherwise would the manufacturer have such a ridiculous time period for anticipated usage. My recommendation is twofold: 1. Amazon should not do business with this company; 2. Shame on a company that rips off people with a serious need for the meiobian gland disorder. DISGUSTING; DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

The item works as advertised. The only problem is the strap is not big enough. I have a smaller head size it at full expansion it worked for me. My husband was unable to use the item as the strap made the mask press too hard against his eyes. I like the heat levels and the fact it stays hot the whole time you're using it vs the microwavable types. It would be a 5 star review except for the limited strap size.

I've used this for a few months now. About 15 minutes each night. It really does help with dry eyes. The mask gets really warm really quick and has a nice tight fit around your head.Some notes on what I don't care for.-The cord is pretty stiff. Not very flexible.-The control unit feels pretty far down the cord compared to other units I've used-No memory on the 'beep' feature. I want to turn this off but you have to do it each time as it doesn't remember.-As pictured below, the stitching on mine came out and the cord is starting to come loose. Not sure what to do here. I don't want to electrocute my face.For the money I would expect a lot more. I think there are comparable units that work just as well that are cheaper. Hope this helps someone!

I love this eye mask! I've tried a couple, and this takes the cake! Very durable, and easy to use! Really affordable too! Highly recommend this!
