Perfect fit in Echo SRM-225
My Echo SRM-225 gets used regularly at are vineyard and when my bump feed became problematic, I finally realized I had completely worn through the cap and it was clogging with dirt. This was a perfect fit and solved my problem.

It's a speed feed cap

Good OEM quality.
It's a tight fit but works like it should. It does have a 3/16 gap between the head and the replacement cap but doesn't effect the performance at all. Also I had to brake the two teeth on the cap so it would fit properly.

Good head wear cap replacement for the 400 speed feed trimmer head
The head on the 400 speed feed trimmer head wear cap eventually wears out from being 'bumped' to feed the trimmer line. If you don't replace the head before the wear gets to the body of the head, you'll have to replace the entire head (much more expensive).
