Not sure how they think you would "buff" your nails with anything in this kit. The files are very rough on both sides and the blocks are even rougher - quite a bit rougher. Either they don't know what a buffer is or they are being purposely deceitful. The only use I have for these will be stripping paint or rust off of metal.

Buffers are entirely too ruff.I am a retired licenced nail technician professional.

I’d say im not a beginner at nails but im definitely not an expert. These nail files fall apart easily. They start to peel. The blocks are also very very course- no buffing possible. I use the blocks to get excess polygeel, glue, gel etc off- and it takes it off quicker than the actual file. So yea……. Not a buffer at all

Don’t expect to use these more than once! The files are not durable at all, they bend and crack after one hand. The buffer seems too coarse to be a buffer. I would not buy these again. They do what they do but aren’t lasting to say the least.
