bought for my 2000 Softail. 16" apes with 1 1/4" bars - and it fits perfectly!I've owned the Wiz gear magnetic mount for my Jeep Wrangler - the kind that flush mounts to the dash with sticky tape.It's not moved and holds my phone just perfect....even on all sorts of bumps and trails.This has the added protection of the rubber thing - THANKFULLY mine came with a black one. (and a spare red one I'll never use) so that saved me from having to buy extra black ones....to get a black one.I know it's not a mount that is made of uber-steel....but it's decent...I mounted it low, next to my riser and it doesn't seem to vibrate much at all. The idea I have is that IF the threads seem to be loosening (don't overtighten - it's plastic) I will use some threadlocker and/or superglue to bind the threads....but so far no problems - it's seems like it's not loosening any.Overall - a magnetic mount is FAR better than the clasping arms kind...it's easy on/off and no moving parts to go bad. (yes, I had one of the other kind...the arms broke on me)

These are amazing, i am truck driver in the Permian basin in West Texas. I secure these holders to the hand grip in my semi truck and these are the best phone holder/mount of anything of the dozens of holders I’ve tried out over the past 7 yrs as a truck driver. Phone has not fallen out of the mount/magnet one time and I do some serious of roaring in my semi truck out here in the desert. This product is awesome and would recommend it to everyone who needs an hands free mount for thier mobile devices

I purchased this cellphone mount previously for my road bike. Amazing, riding down a very bumpy, windy road, I had my phone vertically mounted while I recorded our downhill ride. Not once was I concerned about my phone falling off and the video came out great.This time around I have a hybrid commuter bike with handlebars that are either greater in diameter or the angle is so significantly different from my previous bike handlebars that the mount does not stay put. I have been unable, even with the extra pads they provide, to find a spot on my handlebars where the mount will not shift; eventually my phone is facing the ground.Otherwise, the magnetic mount is very secure, especially with the rubber grip you have the option to further secure your phone. The magnetic mount without the extra phone grip works amazingly well. I just moved to a new state and having a map app open with directions I can see as I ride would be hugely beneficial.WizGear - love your stuff!

I have a magnetic mount case for my phone and was looking to buy a magnetic mount for my bike. I am really pleased with the product. This is far better than another brand's magnetic bike mount.I have a road bike of which the handlebar diameter is 31.8 mm or 10 cm in circumference. You would need to remove the extra straps that were given for mount but you would at least one of them for the right grip and hold on the handlebar. I hope this would help anybody considering to buy this who have thick handlebars.The magnet is pretty strong to hold the phone case. Even I fell on my bike couple of times, the phone just did not move. It's as if it is fixed to it. It's working pretty good. I have been using it for the past couple of months.The customer service on the other hand is pretty good. I had an issue with mount wobbling (probably a defect piece), and the customer service sent a replacement immediately.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this because I'm an instacart shopper and I wanted a mount I could put on the shopping cart handle to hold the phone so I could use both hands to push the cart (I was getting wicked tennis elbow from holding the phone with my right hand pushing the cart with my left).When I first used it, the rubber gasket fell out of the clamp. Then then plastic within the tightening screw also fell out. What a cheap POS.Once I put it back together I screwed it on as tight as I could and it still wouldn't stay in place. It just spins around the handle (as you'll see in the video).I'd think a bike handle would be the same or similar diameter/circumfrence as a shopping cart handle.Just really disappointed this didnt work and really annoyed that it fell apart right out of the box.Also, it should be re-designed so that the tightening screw doesn't detached from the main assembly. It makes it really easy to lose that way. And the nut should be much wider. It took like a good minute to not only tighten, but to just find the screw hole.I'm sending mine back for a refund .

Worked great for a few weeks but if you cycle a good bit it will crack at the base over time. If you are just cruising in your neighborhood on your bike I'm sure it will be fine. I cycle around 70 miles a week and eventually, the road vibrations will begin to take their toll.

I love Wiz Gear Products. I use in my car and in my wife’s car. The magnets are really strong and thin enough that if you adheare the magnet to the case and not the phone you save the phone back and the magnet will still hold the base on even very bumpy roads. I bought this for my Peloton bike. The additional rubber holder works well. It feels like it wants to break on each pull but hasn’t yet. Overall I would give it 4.5 stars as there are a few things like the adjustments that don’t work just right on my bike but it does what I need it to do. I shouldn’t need to keep my phone with me when I workout but sometimes I need to. It would be even better if it had the ability to hold a small external battery. Excellent product.
