Very good.
This is the item I needed. I use an iem with my pc,the cable was short so I was searching for an extension with no mic support and this popped up. Cable quality is really good,braided,golden connectors. Overall an excellent product. Working pretty well no difference on sound quality.

Could have been a little bit cheaper; DOESN'T SUPPORT headphones/earphones with built-in mic (only headphones/earphones will work in that case). Otherwise the product is good, working flawlessly. I do not move the cable or unplug it, so I can't say about general strength or connection strength, but it feels good. Cable thickness is standard, not thick; it's about a normal phone data/charging cable size.

Cable with a sturdy and good quality. Writing a review after 6 months and no issues so far. Also it has good thickness. Best one under the budget with a good length.

Misleading Product — Does Not Support Microphone as Advertised
I bought this 3.5mm extension cable specifically because it was advertised as supporting headsets with a microphone (TRRS). However, the plug is actually a standard TRS (2 rings) type, which only supports stereo audio — no microphone signal passes through.This makes it useless for calls or gaming if you rely on your headset’s mic. Very disappointing and misleading product description. If you need mic support, look for a proper TRRS extension cable instead.
