Q: Can anything be done about the leaking? Both of my pumps leak from the bottom. They are brand new.

The seals are very hard to line upand snap together. I didn't use thise for more than 2 days because it didn't work properly

Q: My willow go does not empty me, has anyone had this issue with this pump??

Kindly follow the below steps: 1, make sure the 24mm flange fit your nipple 2, use with a tight bra to ensure the pump attaches to your breast closely without air leak. 3, use the expression mode and adjust its strength to 6~9 , please note every mode has its independent suction level. 4, if the expression mode doesn't work well, try depth mode and variation mode. 5, try to use the pump 3 times per day and keep a few days to get through the adjustment period.

Q: Does this pump work for large cheated women?

Yes it works with all size and shape breast,no problem at all.

Q: Is there a 19 mm insert that would work with this pump?

Maymom inset 19mm works but not very well. Maybe you can try 21mm in Bellababy store :www.amazon.com/bellababy
