Not as thick as I anticipated, but acceptable for some. Kind of a cheap version of purple pillow. Not very thick, but would do for many. I was trying to find a product to keep my mother's bed sore from hurting, but this wasn't working, so I returned it. For office use, it would probably suffice.

This pad is a really nice cushion that holds up. Its gel and a rubber material inside, which is pretty cool to sit on. Unfortunately, I got it to help relieve some coccyx pain I am experiencing, and it really doesn't help much. Im an Executive Assistant who does a lot of sitting at a desk. I've been an admin for 20yrs, but since changing chairs, Ive been experiencinf coccyx pain. I will keep looking, but this will do for now.

I bought this product because I work for a golf course mowing sometimes the seat gets a little uncomfortable after a few hours this cushion really helps ease my lower back pain and has provided a lot more comfort to my job would recommend to anybody who needs a little extra cushion when setting whether it be on a lawn mower or even in a computer chair this is a great cushion I highly recommend

I'm small and skinny. This pressed too flat when I sat on it providing almost no cushion. Returned it. Memory foam is the way to go for me.
