Very good knives
Very pleased with this set of knives. Gave away my previous Zwilling set to my daughter (so I am familiar with them). These knives are well made, very sharp and handles well. I am sure they will last a long time. Buy with confidence.

Entusiasta
Ero alla ricerca di un set di coltelli completo, ma non eccessivamente caro, nè ingombrante o con coltelli troppo pesanti. Questo si è rivelato un ottimo compromesso tra i coltelli professionali e quelli casalinghi (è comunque un coltello rivettato!). In questo ceppo c'è tutto quel che serve per cucinare davvero bene (sono davvero taglienti!). Come consigliato anche dal produttore è meglio lavarli a mano (in un attacco di pigrizia ne ho messo uno in lavastoviglie e la plastica del manico è rimasta leggermente opaca). Ah, 10+ all'imballo. Temevo gli sballottamenti dei corrieri, invece erano impacchettati talmente bene dalla Zwilling che sono arrivati intatti nonostante il brutto scatolone di Amazon.
