Wow yes it does work, just make sure you drink plenty of water so you do not get dehydrated. Also make sure you do not have much planned in your day!I'm not a tea connoisseur but it reminds me of how chamomile tastes (like a sleepy time/relaxation). I like the flavor!I drank the tea right before bed, ate breakfast, and spent most of the morning going. This is a good Saturday night into Sunday morning thing for me lol.I will only use this if it's been a few days, it would likely be unhealthy to consistently use.

I drink this tea, every evening before bed. I have been drinking it for over 20 years to keep my system flowing on a regular basis. Highly recommended and I have it on auto delivery.

Love this tea. It works well overnight usually. It tastes wonderful and has henna as the laxative ingredient.Would recommend, Amazon's price is lower than any grocery store I have seen it in.
