Strange case I like the club it plays well, but after the first outing I noticed two chips on the club head face, very disappointing. I feel a right clown, what I thought were chips on the club head face, were actually a logo.

Today is the first day of the golf season at our course. I went to use my new club at the driving range and when I went to take a swing the shaft was broken under the grip. I had no way of knowing since our course just opened and the club looks fine. It hasn't even hit a ball yet, so I am extremely disappointed. I used the same club last season that belongs to a friend and I loved it, so ordered my own at the end of last season.

I used the 37 degree fairwood wood for the first time today and found it a delightful club especially for hitting out of deep rough. I hit several 120 yards shots pin high with it out of heavy rough which I could have never done with an iron. I found it very easy to hit my 110-120 yard approach shots from the fairway on the green with just an easy smooth swing. I have trouble hitting short irons either heavy or thin and this solved that problem making those approach shots a breeze. I posted my best score ever using this club for the first time today and never even had time to try it out on the range before using it. I think it saved me around 4-5 shots for the round. Just a note the design with small holes on the top toe face of the club is not a flaw but a trade mark. I returned the first club because I thought this was a deformity in the club face.

Bought 9 wood through 15 wood. Had to quit 25 years ago due to arthritis. Retired and 4 surgeries later I'm back! Played my best back then shooting low 80's with 15 through 5 wood. I had a wedge and putter otherwise. Now again I tried using mid to long irons but it wasn't working. Now using these and carry distance is 129-149 plus rollout with equal gapping. They have long shafts and are pretty forgiving. And they send the ball very very high so if aimed correctly and club selected correctly they fall from the sky and stop on soft greens. Love that. I'm at the range everyday and play at least twice a week and they still look good.
