Shower Hose - Ideal Standard Metalflex Universal 1.5m Shower Hose, Chrome, BF150AA

I spend a little while searching different replacement hoses and in the end decided to pay more (double) for this compared to cheaper options and am very glad that I did. It’s absolutely higher quality, the all important screw fittings are a more solid brass material. It really is good quality and fits without a leak. Use a cloth to cover the metal and then put your wrench over that when tightening it up, so you don’t scratch it. Bought two in the end for both showers.

Arrived quickly. This is a high-quality chrome metal jacketed shower hose of a decent length. Fitted to shower unit and head without problem due to standard connectors at each end. A great price too. Recommended.

As a replacement for my shower hose that developed a leak, it is a good value replacement. Not as heavy duty as the old one but weems to be ok & doesn't leak

Replacement purchased for a power shower. Smaller diameter than the original and as a result less flow. I replaced this with a larger diameter hose very quickly after to restore full flow. My fault not the products. if you want a small bore or eco replacement this could be the product for you.

An easy fit of this flexible and shiny shower hose. It has gone on a power shower and there seems to be no flow restriction compared to the original.
