I can't be more thankful that I found these orthotics online 5 years when I was suffering from "Patellafemoral Pain Syndrome" in my knees. These orthotics have definitely helped ease that pain up (along with some gym exercises). For years now I have been using them for playing tennis and all sort of physical activity. If I were offered custom made orthotics, I would turn them down for the Footminders. Playing tennis requires a good combination of foot stability, comfort and shock absorption. These orthotics provide help in all these departments.My only gripe is that they changed the design lately and they now provide a blue rubber pad under the forefoot. This pad tears away from the insole with aggressive footwork and I had to glue it back in. 5 star for the functionality/utility but maybe 3 or 4 star due to the forefoot pad issue.

Best Orthotic Ever! I have had chronic back pain for years and I was worried about a trip to Disney World. I put these orthotics in my shoes a couple of days before the trip to break them in. I was virtually pain free through three of the Disney parks. I was able to stand in line and walk endless miles around the parks in total comfort. That was almost two years ago and I still use the orthotics in my running shoes on a daily basis. I have found that even the most expensive running shoes don't give me the cushion and comfort that one pair of Footminders Orthotics provide me! Great product and I highly recommend it!

This has literally saved my flat feet! I've been using this product for about a year now and will continue to use it as long as they're selling it. I was training for a long distance run and ended up having to take a break from running for 2 weeks because my flat feet was unable to support the distance. My feet especially my heels were hurting quite a bit. After receiving this, I can run long distances or walk long distances without a problem. I also got it for my husband who is a daily runner. Glad I didn't end up having to orthopedics or any other specialists.

GREAT for my flat feet, giving lots of strong support for my poor, aching arches. It could use more padding for the heel and ball of the foot for me. I added a gel insole, so now I have the arch support and the padding. This orthotic is great for arch support.

I bought these to fit some boots that weren't so comfortable. With the rave reviews, I thought these would be perfect, and shelled out the $28. Waste of money for me... they took up too much room in the boot, you would have to have a 1/2 size larger shoe than you normally wear to use these. They have a good arch support, but no real cushion to them. I threw them in a drawer, maybe someday I'll have a pair of shoes they will work with. I bought Dr Scholls massaging gel insoles for $10 at Walgreens, and am much happier with those.

It appears to be a well-made product, but it just did not fit my daughter's foot. The arch was a bit high and there is not much support for the outside of the foot. Makes you feel a little bowlegged.

I have Plantar Fasciitis and would get up in the morning and hobble around. This product helped enormously. I got them for my shoes, sneakers and golf shoes. No more hobbling. They work for me. I think a lot has to do with the lack of arch support in the shoes now days because they all seem to be made in China.

been trying these out. not great but not bad either. could feel a little bit more supportive. feet tend to slip forward in these.
