Brilliant
I bought these because I was suffering with sore feet in work as I stand on a hard floor, could hardly walk after a 12 hr shift. My initial thought on seeing them was they where thin and hard and where not going to work. Boy was I proven wrong. It took a couple of days but they where amazing. My feet where not sore at all and I can happily do a 12 hr shift without my feet hurting. Would definitely recommend them and I have bought a second pair.
A**!
Support
Easy to cut to size and support where it is needed.

No cushioning
I think there insoles focus on support with zero cushioning, they feel hard on the feet,u think these in soles would work maybe if you put then into a shoe like the assics nimbus 25 that already have lots of cushioning,so i feel this is a bad insole as no cushioning at all, better to buy an insole that has support plus a lot of cushioning, can't believe I wasted my money on these as they where expensive

Could be better
I need it because I have pain on my feet as im working long hours with safety shoes. After trying another brands I can say that this ones are good quality and comfort to wear but are not helping a lot with my pain. But even with this I would recommend the product because are the first ones that at least are comfortable and help on something.

Actual medical insoles, really hard but comfortable, great stability
Anyone with any leg condition should wear orthotic insoles. They ensure your feet are in the right position when you walk, and prevent worsening or injury. You always wear both insoles, even if you only have a problem with one foot. There are lots and lots of corrective insoles out there. There isn't a golden rule which one will suit you best, as it depends on how delicate your feet are, what your weight is, and the severity of your condition. Size is obviously quite crucial, so make sure you check and order correctly. The Neo-G Neothotics Pro-Expert insoles are the first ones I have which are actually classed as a medical device (class 1). There is a bit of a difference between these and the other ones I had.First - they are full insoles as opposed to ¾ ones, which cover the area from your heel to just about the ball of foot. I prefer them because they provide more stability in my opinion. The downside is that you need to pick a correct size, and because they cover a range rather than specific size, you may need to trim it to your shoe. Luckily it's easy with these insoles as the lines are clearly marked. These are the hardest insoles of all the ones I had. They are hard all the way, including the area under your toes. They have medium arch support, double heel cushion, a deep heel cup for stabilizing, and what they call a Multi-Way motion control, which I assume is the profiling around the ball of foot and your fingers. What I like is that they have this mesh but at the same time an anti-slip surface on the top side. Also there are holes to provide ventilation - something I've not seen in any other orthotic insoles I had.The fact that they are fairly wide is good for me, but may be an issue for some, not mentioning the difficulty in fitting it inside some shoes. I wish the trimming would cover the sides as well…I think I may actually have a slight underpronation in my left foot. It's the opposite of overpronation - your ankle is slightly escaping on the outside of your foot. It can be annoying as you may end up destroying your shoes, especially if they are a bit loose inside. I am using this insole as it provides correct foot position and stabilizes movement well. I had no pain even while wearing it for about 2-3 hours. Probably means my underpronation isn't too bad.£30 cost for a pair is the highest of all the insoles I had so far, but I think it's worth it. This product looks and feels like a medical device. And I like the box too. Highly recommended.Thank you for reading my review. I hope you found it helpful.
