The product itself came fairly well wrapped, not that it's really possible to damage neoprene in shipping. The pouch came with some authenticity cards and stuff, which was an unexpected but nice touch. Not sure it'll ever be used as if this thing breaks early, it's cheap enough to replace. If it breaks after a longer period of normal wear and tear, then I'd just order this one again. I use this with an XPS 15, and although I did order the one recommended for the laptop model, I do find the fit a bit tight. It doesn't take much force, but the laptop also doesn't go in as well as I'd like, it's a snug fit. Frankly, I don't mind this at all, as I can still zip the thing up and it's not much of an issue at all, but if you want a bit more space, opt for a size up from the xps 15 recommended one. I do worry about the zips possibly scratching the laptop exterior, but I'm also not too concerned if I just turn the laptop itself over to expose less of the metal. Overall I really can't complain, particularly at this price. It just works.
