These are great! I'm a lifetime cat owner with nail trimming anxiety, and I don't even want to think about how many clippers I've purchased over the years. This pair is sharp and sturdy. These are the 4th pair I’ve bought. They’re easy to use and make quick work of cutting our two cat’s nails.

I've never trimmed a cat's nails before, but this little trimmer worked well once I got confident in my snipping. I wish they made one with the blades switched the other way as it is sometimes easiest to hold them vertically as shown, but they should be held horizontal.

The design of the nail clipper fit my hand and was easier to properly position the cutting head on the nail to be cut. The blade is sharp so to minimize trauma to the animal. Let's face it, cutting toe nails on a dog is always traumatic especially for the human, because with each snip you are waiting for the frantic squeal signaling you have either hit the nerve, or the dog is just being a big baby!

I needed to replace my five-year-old nail clippers and purchase these for my two cats.
