I love this thing! The app is very user friendly and was easy to set up. I was not a fan of the scents that initially came with this one, however, I quickly placed an order for replacements. Volcano is amazing! The scent pods don't last quite as long as I expected despite me having the setting turned down. Overall, it's a great device!

I had buyer's remorse before I even received the item. I can't believe I spent this much money on an air freshener. But it was already shipped and I couldn't cancel the order. Then when it arrived and I tried to return it (unopened!), I was sadly surprised to find out it is not returnable. So I admitted defeat and plugged the thing in, only to find the setup very glitchy - had to download/remove the app several times before it would finally connect. Worst of all, there is a light on the device, so it should be working, but I have yet to smell anything! I must be doing something wrong??? All I know is with the good old Glade plugin, you simply PLUG IT IN! This thing is a PURA waste of money.

Received this for Mother’s Day and it’s perfect. I love how easy it is to set up, and that I’m able to adjust the settings from my phone. I love that there is a light on it when it is turned on. This works so well and the scents are amazing. I have an open concept house and this provides scent through several rooms even on the half scent setting.

I like the app for this product. Many scent choices, but they are expensive. Fills the whole room with the fragrance of your choice. Decent deal, but the refills are pricey. I like the feature of a blue glow when it is emitting fragrance, however it may annoy you if it’s in a dark room.

I am super sensitive to smells so many of the "plug-in" devices are too much for me (even on their lowest setting). I purchased two scents to try with Pura and loved them (which is great that you can plug both oil containers in at the same time then program on the app, so you're not having to keep track of where you put the 2nd bottle). The device is easy to use and lets you customize how strong you want it (based on sensitivity, room size, etc.). I started with both on setting 2 (one being the lowest) and actually upped it to setting 3. The other nice feature is you can create a schedule which is super helpful for me -- for example, when it's an hour before bedtime I have the scent I designated for night time come on at a level 5, then lower down to a level 3 after an hour and maintain that for 2 more hours. When it's time to wake up, I have the scent I designated as my "rise and shine" start 2 hours before as a level 2, then switch to a level 4 and the customizable color & brightness night light turn on 15 minutes before my alarm goes off. It's a much more peaceful way to go to sleep and wake up (subliminally telling my body to maintain routine based off of smell). I've already ordered my 2nd one for other rooms in the house!

I bought this a couple weeks ago and set it up and set my schedule. I really enjoyed it UNTIL the company randomly decided they would only let people set the schedule with a minimum one hour at a time usage. My original schedule had some increments of less than one hour because this is the way I wanted it! When I contacted the company they gave me a lame answer "As we've done testing, we've seen that it takes upwards of an hour for a fragrance to fill a space and have made the decision to remove the option to set schedules for less than an hour". This is such a scam. This is a monetary decision on their part. First of all, how do they know if the fragrance has filled my "space'? What's the point in giving people the ability to create a schedule if you are going to put limitations on it? Why do they care how long I run it? This product is a good product but it is pricey and because of that they need to let their customers decide how they want to use it. if not for this bad decision on their part I would have given a 5 star review.

I just finished a review on a different scent for this product that I unfortunately only gave 3 stars. These scents are a totally different story, though. Both of these smell so fresh! The diffuser is also excellent. It lets you program a schedule and intensity, so your house smells great, but it’s not headache inducing like some of the other plug-ins tend to be.
