So, this swing is rated to hold 400 lb, which is information I got after ordering. Now let's see, two adults that are in shape don't have to worry. Let's add kids and say one jumps on when two adults sit on it ... not feeling too secure about "sturdy" anymore. That's one of the lowest load ratings I've seen. The point is that it's too easily exceeded unless you have weight management procedures. (Like the opposite of "you must be at least this tall to ride", now it's like "how heavy are you?", it could fit 3 after all!)Problem: One seemingly positive aspect is the FAST processing which unfortunately turned against me. Although I ordered AND cancelled Sunday morning, it still shipped the next day! That would be great, but In light of the 20% restocking and paying for return shipping this turned out to be the most expensive swing I can't use. Hence the low rating. Too bad, I actually liked the style, even if the construction is not strong enough.This became a moot point when I received a 4ft swing instead of the ordered 5ft. This really needs to go back and I'm hoping for the seller to do the right thing (in light of the supposed restocking fee etc.. [Update: In light of the wrong item, the seller took full responsibility and provided free return shipping and waived the restocking fee for a full refund.
