Q: Is the 14 inch measured at stretcging it or is it 14 inches without stretching it? What length would the 14 inch measure without stretching it?

The measurements are not accurate. For example 16in clip-ins not stretched is ~10in

Q: can i return return this after i opened it ? i did not wear it i wanted to see if it was what i asked for and it’s not

The site states that you can return it

Q: What products do you all use on the hair? Leave in conditioner? Styling gel?

I would avoid gel. Leave in conditioner and water was all I needed. I avoided oils and gel. I got several weeks wear out of it by doing so.
