No metallic taste
My eight-year-old was diagnosed with anemia, so we started to look for a decent iron supplement. We went through a few other brands that left a disgusting taste in her mouth, sort of like pennies. This brand came as a recommendation from someone else and I have to say you don’t get a metallic taste at all!! She willingly takes these pills every night because they taste good.

It works!
This iron works! Great for kids and adults who don’t want a high dose. Brought my 5 year old daughter’s ferritin to 28 when it was a 4. And her saturation went from 10% to 29%. Her total iron went from 37 to 103 within a year and only taking one tablet every day. Buy it and be consistent!
