I only use wood cutting boards now, and I use this oil to treat them. It works well. I also treat my wood handled knives and my wooden spoons with it.

Using Mineral Oil for bamboo cutting boards and oiling the paper shredder. Works good. Was shipped in an envelope with a wallet. The inner seal was partly removed and the inside of envelope was wet with oil. Thankfully the leather wallet was in a box and the oil did not penetrate it. Thinking any liquid should be sent in a box so not to damage other goods. I suspect other packages are piled on top of bubble wrapped envelopes in shipping which causes the safety seal to pop and leak.

The mineral oil works well for my magnolia wood octagon knife handles, and is good for making board butter. What I like most about the 32 oz from this company is the ease of use of the bottle. Unlike most other companies that use the annoying push caps that pour waaay too quickly and make a mess... this bottle has a precise nozzle that flips up, securly closes down, and pours a controlled stream. Being a very picky fella, I'm glad I went with this mineral oil.

I ordered this food grade mineral oil when I ordered three varieties sizes of bamboo cutting boards. I use it to clean the boards after every two or three uses they keep them looking nice keep them from drying out. It was a good price and the bottle was a good size one. It came sealed in a bag and then a box I was pleased with how it was packaged and it did not spill or crash. Would
