Leaks and fills with water

I bought this for sterilizing petri dishes, but also to be able to pressure cook some tools and keep them dry.First use, finish damaged, full of water all tools wet. Product expensive and poorly made. Cheap metal, bad construction, leaking seams. If you have a commercial pressure cooker/autoclave, it probably will only collect a little steam, but for those of us working in our homes, this is a very expensive piece of steel I have to modify to use.SENT A SECOND, WORSE THAN THE FIRST.
