Q: Is this product fortified or non-fortified yeast?

Cyanocobalamin is B12. It is prescribed by medical professionals and can also be purchased over the counter. Scare tactics about big words should be ignored! Nutritional yeast is not a dangerous food item.

Q: Is it pure nutritional yeast?

It tastes and looks like nutritional yeast. My only other experience is with the red star brand. Red star has larger flakes and seems to be a little more expensive.

Q: What is the shelf life of the yeast? Will it store for years?

I've had mine almost a year and it's still just as good as when I opened it. I keep it sealed in the original container. Mine has an exp date of 4/2024.
