Excellent quality and a favorite pan for more than sauces
This is a beauty of a pan. It’s heavier. It maintains a good steady heat. I like its size too since I’m often cooking for one or two. I’d buy more Misen pans when the need arises.

Excellent craftmanship, great performance, beautiful appearance
My title says it all. I totally love the Misen Saucier pots, and will for many years to come. The look, feel, weight, performance, how easy they are to clean... all are top notch. I do wish the lids were glass so you could see inside without having to lift the lid, but no big deal...

High Quality, Well Crafted
My go-to cookware is usually All-Clad. However, the All-Clad saucier was way too expensive and I found this one on Amazon. I was impressed with the weight of it and the fact that the cladding was completely through (not just a disk on the bottom of the pan). I like the slope of the sides and the handle is at an angle that fits comfortably without having to reach. If you make a lot of sauces or gravies, a saucier pan is an absolute MUST! The sloped sides allow you to stir and whisk without sauces getting stuck in 90 degree corners and burning or clumping.I understand that pans and pots of this quality are a bit pricey - however, as someone who has cooked for over 50 years, I can truthfully say that pans and pots like this are the LAST ones that you will ever need. They literally last a lifetime as long as you care for them properly.Because the cladding is all the way up the sides (and this is important no matter what brand you buy), the pot will always heat evenly and disperse the heat throughout whatever you are cooking. This makes a HUGE difference in the ease and quality of your cooking. I give this pan an A+

Nice sauce pan.
This is a pretty heavy, good quality sauce pan. Not too big but not tiny. I use it. I like it. I recommend it.

Amazing Pot
This is an amazing pot that is both beautiful to look at and highly efficient at cooking. I had read that the pot was heavy, but frankly, I don’t feel that it is as heavy as others I’ve been using. Rather, it feels firm, professional and of the perfect volume for soups, stews, sauces and the like. Also read other reviews saying that the lid was terrible, but that is not my experience. I found the lid to have a professional feel and it fit perfectly with the pot. Very easy to clean too, so I’m very happy with my purchase.

Quality - No disappointments here...
Replaceent for an LTD 45 yr owned pot I burnt. Carefully searching for a replacement, and, I found it. Owned less than a month, but the pot is what I anticipated and it performance delivers. I would have given the pot 5 stars, but it is on the heavy side Extremely pleased and highly recommend.

So far, so great!
Heavy pan, well made. I've made a couple of different things in it and it's a good size.

This is a great buy!
This pan is very solid but not too heavy, easy to clean and does the job beautifully. I wasskeptical but it really does make a difference to use a saucier pan when cooking sauces and foods that need a little extra stirring. I am very happy with it and feel it's worth the money!
