Easy to use, easy to clean, amazing results!
I've never used an airless sprayer before but in another lifetime I painted a car with Ditzler paint and Binks spray gun. So basically I had no confidence, save for the good reviews the Buendio received on Amazon. So I put off buying an airless until I put up a Yardistry pergola and bought the privacy screen which didn't match at all. I had to buy and try the Buendio. It worked beautifully with one caveat: don't mess with the included funnel or time test to guage the thickness of your paint. I was using Behr exterior latex with primer so it's thick. Add just enough water to make it look watery. Then try it on cardboard, and ultimately on a piece of wood. Once you get the right consistency, you remember it, and the rest is easy. Really nice, smooth results on six panels, front and back. So worth the money and clean-up is easy.

Great product at great price
I redo lots of old furniture so I have been wanting to try a paint sprayer in order to save time. I didn't want to spend a ton of money because I am a beginner and wasn't sure if I would get the results I wanted. I found this product and it had good reviews and was well within the price point I had in mind. I was not disappointed. It is very easy to use, to clean and it gives smooth professional results on the different pieces of furniture I have used it on. I have painted plastic Adirondack chairs, a metal pub table and two wooden dressers. They all came out better than if I had used a roller or brush and I saved a LOT of paint. I highly recommend this item for anyone that needs it for small to medium projects and has no experience with this type of tool. You will not be disappointed.

As advertised
Easy to use but it burns through the paint regardless of setting. Works well but I would only use it for small projects and NOT commercial use. Not bad for a beginner sprayer.EDIT: After this review, I was sent another ‘updated’ sprayer. I admit, it is slightly better than the previous model I reviewed but that’s about it. If you are looking for a cheap sprayer for larger projects, painting walls, garages, fences etc then this will do the job, it’s fast and crude and will save you lots of time v hand painting. If you’re looking for fine finishes for furniture (like me) I would spend a little more and go with a Wagner sprayer.

Great for the money
For 29$ this is a great little paint sprayer. I bought this to paint some vinyl trim to go under my eaves to mount permanent pixel Xmas lights. I used the 1.8 size tip which worked well. It comes with 5 different size tips for the size of the job you’re doing, cleaning brush, and few strainers. I was intimidated a little by it but don’t be. It’s easy to use once you get hang of it. Practice with water at first to get used to the different size metal tips and different patterns. Also if using Sherwin Williams exterior latex like I was be prepared to thin it quite a bit. I used the included drain cup thinning tester and stop watch on my phone to get to the reccomended 35-40 seconds of drain time. Felt like I was adding too much but trust the process. Breakdown and clean up is easy. I’d reccomend it for any smaller job. I wouldn’t paint a house with it but definitely a shed, furniture, cabinets, doors, trim, etc.

Did everything I needed it to do at an affordable price!
I have had a couple of the Wag-brand sprayers in the past. Even though I was super careful about cleaning them...they both reached a point where they stopped performing well. This unit worked well out of the box. As others have said, it does take a little futzing to get the "right" spray pattern and volume dialed in. I found I could choose and set the level of volume with just water and spraying the inside of my garage door. Then read how you have to dilute your paint to the proper viscosity level by using the measuring cup/funnel combination tool to count how quickly the paint runs through that. That process is also "putzy" but important. The provided instructions give you parameters. for Latex paint, I'd suggest using a half full 2 cup measure or something similar that allows you to measure what vwlume of paint you are working with, so you may fill it partially full and then add water (and mix/stir) the paint to achieve your desired viscosity. Then you will be able to repeat the process and achieve your desired viscosity as you empty and refill your Sprayers cup attachment. I found that a peanut butter jar had the right size and threads on the cover. That allowed me to remove a partially filled Paint cup and replace it with the Peanut butter container filled with water to clean after and between spraying, as I waited for the paint to dry between coats as needed, etc. If you don't keep your nozzle area super clean, it will begin to collect paint residue and cause droplets of paint to fall off onto your project! (A little caution on keeping it clean is WAY easier than dealing with droplets of paint on an otherwise smooth sureface!) I also kept a 5 gallon bucket 1/2 full of clean water (at least...kinda clean) to drop parts of the sprayer in (BUT NOT THE SPRAY UNIT ITSELF!) to rinse them off. If you can spray on a horizontal surface, you can lay down a LOT more paint than trying to spray on a vertical surface without creating a "runny mess"! Investing in some of those small Painting and Varnishing Pyramids" allow you to work with multiple sides without having a fully cured painted surface. So... Number 1: Get your spray pattern and volume set. 2. Thin your paint as needed based on suggested parameters. 3. Keep everything to do with the sprayer clean. It takes just minute to clean the gun, but a TON more time to fix mistakes due to a dirty or partially clogged sprayer nozzle! OH, and I found that Krud Kutter works really well to make clean-up super easy! Last thoughts: I thought I could "get away" with just spraying in my garage. WRONG! I got over-spray EVERYWhere ON EVERYTHING! I quickly realized that I needed a "Spray Booth"! So I grabbed a 10 x 20 tarp I had laying around and used screws and Fender Washers to screw the tarp to my garage ceiling that encircled my spray project and 3 sides. (Interior Doors) I did lay down a tarp on the floor to protect that and used a cheap Drop cloth Plastic to "enclose" the open end (with some small spring clamps) for a Easily removable in and out access with the doors...and my access. Great sprayer for the $$$'s and with a little care you can achieve great results!
