JUST USE A LITTLE!
Listen to the warnings on the product page. Just use a little bit, and gradually, GRADUALLY, add more if you need it! I felt like I didn't have enough lubricant the first time I used it so I squeezed in a few globs. After a couple minutes, it felt like I was in a red-hot metal pipe, and it kept burning after I pulled out. I had to take two cold showers with soap to get rid of the burning. This is the first warming lubricant I've used that actually adds proper heat to the experience instead of just a slight warming sensation, but please be sure to just use a small amount to avoid burning yourself!Edit: Just finished a "successful" session with this. My advice--apply a small amount of lubricant (a bit less than you'll typically use), then add some normal lubricant to sort of dilute it. I had a bottle of this stuff and some Fleshlube Water and went about 50/50 between the two. It caused some warmth that was a bit too much for my preference, but after tweaking the amount of this stuff and the FL Water I had in, I got to a comfortable temperature and was able to finish. Your results may vary.

Warming Lubricant? No, it’s BURNING Lubricant
My wife and I were interested in trying this. We used a very small amount to start just to be safe, a quarter of a teaspoon or less in volume. Very shortly after using it, the sensation went from mildly warm to extremely burning hot. So much so that it ruined the mood and we both hurried to clean the stuff off. Unfortunately the burning persisted for hours afterward. The next morning, my wife still had discomfort and went to urgent care, where they said she had a very mild chemical burn around her privates. They asked what was used and we showed them the lubricant. The doctor was absolutely astonished that the lube contained capsaicin in the form of Capsicum Frutescens — also known as chili peppers! — and told us to be rid of it.Thankfully there was no lasting damage but we definitely took the doctor’s advice and got rid of this stuff. I wouldn’t recommend it to an enemy, let alone a friend. There are a whole host of other warming water based lubricants out there and most of them don’t use capsaicin. Get one of those instead.FYI, the most well known member of the Capsicum Frutescens family is the Tabasco pepper. This lube is essentially diluted Tabasco sauce that they tell you is "safe" to smear on your privates! Avoid, avoid, AVOID.

I thought I wanted heat but it's more of an inferno.
This product is great but hard to describe without coating yourself with it; so a review might not be too helpful. First thing, the texture is my favorite out of any lube. I mean the sliminess and viscosity, not the heat part. As just a baseline lube it would be like, top of the line. But it's not just slimy viscous lube, it's "heated and warming".By "warming sensation" I would liken it to eating a plate of wings, its that kind of heat. Spicy and tingly, not warm. It will not heat up temperature-wise so do not expect that at all. Just like wings it follows the same logic of eating too much of the sauce is going to actually really hurt and you need to find a balance. Using the right amount of this lube is insanely pleasurable and fun but accidentally using too much is "Immediately wipe it off or soak myself in the shower" territory. I tend to mix it with other lubes at this point because it's very high quality and feels pleasurable as a baseline lube, but too much of it really does just burn and hurt. Mix it with other ones and you get a nice little tingle while having a superior quality texture. If you don't believe me then by all means go ahead dip your "best friend" into this thing and completely coat it and see how many minutes you can last in pain on the couch before realizing it was a stupid idea.Anyway, great product and I do recommend it, but you probably can't use it by itself. Mix it with other lubes and you will go very far.

felt like my bits were on fire
First of all, keep in mind I bought this as a personal lubricant for silicone toys--not to be used with a partner. I've previously only ever used ID Sensations Warming Lube but was looking to try something new. I didn't think anything of this product's advertised "heat" effect. If it was anything like the previous lube I tried, it would feel like a warm blanket. I was very wrong. Less than 5 minutes after making contact, it felt like my bits were being pressed between a waffle iron. I scrambled to finish, after which I sprinted to the bathroom in a panic and ran cold water over it, to little relief. From there I made my way to the kitchen in nothing but socks, filled a cup with milk, and dipped it in for 10 minutes. As I'm writing this, I'm no longer in any pain, but my member is now slightly red and sensitive to the touch. From all the positive reviews, I have no doubt this is just my own experience and it absolutely wouldn't surprised me if Lube Life's Cooling Lube would feel much better, or even just the regular lube. Perhaps I just have sensitive skin. Or maybe it was a bad reaction to an ingredient in this particular lube. I partially blame myself for not testing it before fully committing. And don't get me wrong; it definitely gets the job done. It's slick, not sticky, non-scented, and you get a large 8oz bottle which should last a good while. If you're able to handle the heat--or if that's even something you enjoy, I'd recommend giving this one a try. But don't underestimate it. Spot test first. I'm sure the experience varies from person to person. Personally I was very excited to try this, but unfortunately this particular lube's heating effect isn't for me.I do love the branding though! :)
