This holder not only looks good but works like a charm. Very easy to put together & very sturdy. Holds the paper towel with no slipping or popping off and it does not move around on the counter. There are suction cups on the bottom. Very impressed & worth every penny!!

Oh my! A design so simple but so effective! I had a towel holder but when I went to pull a piece off..it would hardly budge. I use jumbo towels(triple rolls from Costco)I would have to hold it. And it would only work smoothly when the roll was down some. Then it would spin too fast!🙄 This holder..nope..the suction cups are nice and strong..and when I pulled a piece off..the spin was perfectly smooth and calculated... and you can tear off the piece perfectly You can hear the spin movement. SOOO glad I bought this..yes..it is expensive for a towel holder BUT...it does EVERYTHING its supposed to do! In my book...worth it. Do not hesitate...it's a keeper! And the white is perfect for my bathroom...blends in beautifully. But the choices are nice for any decor.

This is a great well made paper towel holder. Pro's: -Easy to put together(avoid headaches buying cheaper!) -Nice stainless steel material -Paper towels go right over top nob(some don't!) -Heavy base that does not allow tipping, moving, skidding Con's: Zero hero! Overall: -This device came in 4 pieces, screw them in, place the top nob, done! -Recommandations/Warnings: Make sure 2nd and 3rd piece are facing down, the fan metal that is, otherwise you will not be able to push down the towel roll all the way. Why? Because I originally installed this way and said "ohhhhhhh..thats why!" hahahahaaa.... I would buy this if I were you. Great paper towel holder. Buy another for your parents. They will love you forever.

This is a wonderful paper towel holder, sturdy and holds towels securely. No more wet handprints all over the top of the roll. Only drawback is that there are 4 suction cups on the bottom that eventually broke off (one by one - over the course of a year) that cannot be simply reattached. I like this holder so much that I went ahead and bought a new one and actually filled out the extended warranty card that came with, in case I have similar problems. And no, I did not contact the company about the failing suction cups, I'm essentially lazy.

It works....one tear at a time. Large or small paper towel rolls it consistently tears at one paper towel at a time. I got tired of having so many paper towels at one pull, this solved it all.

Pricey for a towel holder, but a great value for the money. Like everyone else, I’ve tried all types of towel holders that didn’t work or were tricky to replace the rolls. The ear type that have two spring loaded arms to hold the roll, if you pull too hard the roll pops out and the towels go flying. The type that has 2 arms and a rod that goes through the roll. Pain in the #$@ to detach and reattach for roll changes. Slip on type with a post and silicon fins on the post to hold the towels. Not good for jumbo rolls and the other rolls fits on loosely and sometimes a simple tug to detach a towel gets you a handful as it spins away. So I saw this one, hesitated at the price, but based on reviews decided to give it a spin, ( sorry about the pun). It holds the towels firmly thanks to the springy fins attached to the center post. Sized for all rolls, even the jumbo. Stays anchored to the counter with the suction sups. And, dispenses towels with a simple tug with one hand. No need to hold the roll, this baby does what it says. I like the sleek look and the stainless steel finish. As to the cost, if I had bought this one instead of all its failed predecessors, I would have saved money. Buy it, you won’t be sorry

Fast and efficient! 💨 No issues with the product itself. The only problem I've encountered is that only certain paper towels fit. 😩 Cheap, like dollar-a-roll paper towels, do not fit. Certain Scott's do not fit, but Bounty, Sam's Club, and BJ's premium paper towels do fit. However, Bounty Basics do not. The paper roll's girth is too big. 📏 #product #issues #papertowels #girth

I previously purchased the Oxo holder which really only works well with US sized paper towels and is supposed to be one handed, but the pressure handle loses all pressure after a short time and cannot be repaired. This one however solves all these problems. It secures the towels firmly irrespective of size and the ratcheting revolve puts just enough pressure to allow you to easily tear a sheet off with one hand.

This “one-handed operation” towel dispenser is a game changer…especially in the kitchen. Exactly what I’ve been looking for!
