Really helps! Better than the regular Flare Calmer
I had tried Flare Calmer before, which helped to some extent but didn't make enough of a difference. Then I read that Calmer Night is not only softer and more comfortable, but actually has a stronger reduction of high pitch sounds, so I thought I'd give it a shot, and yup this reallllly does make a much more noticeable difference than the regular Calmer. I've been wearing it 24x7 (I'm not entirely sure if you're supposed to - this isn't advice by any means, but none of the instructions say outright that I can't or shouldn't). I have autism and my sensory issues can get really bad. This has helped me EQ out those awful high frequency sounds and have a much more pleasant time in general.

Did not work at all for me and I regret having purchased it
I have ADHD and autism, and I bought these because I have noise sensitivity and wanted a solution that could dampen/lessen sounds around me.I tried them for several weeks, but I noticed absolutely no effect. (I did get a size that fits me; I checked by mailing Flare for confirmation.)Pros: Flare's customer service team is friendly and communicates promptly and with patience.Cons: The product does not work for me at all. I could not get a refund. This was a waste of money for me, but in case you (like me) live in India and still want to order this product, I'd advice you to purchase them from other websites like Headphonezone or SudeepAudio or Promusicals which have this same product for around 1K less. In fact, Flare's customer service team itself recommended one of these options to me, but only after I'd already purchased them from Amazon. I regretted not knowing these cheaper buying options before.

Can't live without these....
To begin: people who say they do not work do not have sensory processing issues, in my experience, so of course they wouldn't reap very much benefit. Those of us who do have seen HUGE benefit from them. My sensory issues are related to severe ADHD, and I can't always use noise-canceling headphones because sometime I need to be able to hear *some* things. I get overwhelmed by noise and people very easily, especially high-pitched noises, which these are particularly effective for. I also give them to all my mom friends with screaming children. They all report back that they are a MIRACLE for helping with those high-pitched kid voices and not becoming exasperated as quickly with your children.Cons: I am a side sleeper, and they still hurt my ears on the side I sleep on, so I don't use them for sleeping. I went back to silicone/foam earplugs for that, which is fine. That said, I don't care b/c they are super comfy for day-time, which is what I use them for.Pros: have dramatically reduced the effect noise has on executive function and emotional regulation for me. Overall reduction in anxiety levels from day to day. Has almost completely done away with the tension headaches I had at the end of the every day.....I never realized how my body was reacting to all the sounds in my life until I lost a pair of these (my cat stole them!) and had to wait a few days for the replacement set to come. The headaches came back when I couldn't use them, and went away again when I got my new pair.If you're skeptical and easily overwhelmed in public/when you have anyone around you, try these. Might find them to be a miracle in your life, like I do. :)

My sound sensitivity is so much better
I have been struggling with sound sensitivity for a while, but it really ramped up in 2019. For the last year, I couldn't handle the TV volume above 10. It would trigger migraines or migraine like headaches even. I tried the Loop earplus, which blocked out noise, but then I couldn't hear anyone talking to me. I wanted something that would reduce the pitch/volume of the noise. So I decided to suck this up and I bought these ear plugs and the Calmer Pro version. First, they are tiny. No one notices I am wearing them, and the silicone makes them super comfortable. I returned the pro and kept this version for a couple of reasons:1. This version is all silicone and more flexible. The Pro has a lining that is more rigid, and I felt it more in my ear.2. The noise/pitch/volume on this was better.I love these ear plugs. I can listen to the TV at 20 now, which is a huge improvement. Less than a week after I purchased them, I went to a major art museum for a sponsor day. There were a ton of people there, and the museum even had a dj for the kids. I did not get overwhelmed once with a headache, or with the noise level. At all. I have found that when I take them out, I hear more noises that I previously didn't realize. For example, my room has a small air filter which is really pretty quiet. But, after wearing the plugs and taking them out, I noticed a slight hum to it.I have also found it has helped me to focus more. Since extraneous sounds are more muted, I am not as easily distracted by noise anymore.I'm not a professional reviewer, a paid reviewer, or even review items often. But these little ear plugs have made such a difference in the quality of my life, I had to review them here, and I even posted on Reddit in a forum about misophonia to recommend them as well. I do not have any difficulty hearing people talking to me, even on the phone. But the grating pitch of a small dog pitch no longer feels like nails on a chalkboard to me.

Works great and fantastic customer service
These are the mini size, for children, or in my case, my ears when they're swollen from allergies, etc. Calmer actually seem to calm my nervous system down, as noises that usually trigger a fight or flight response no longer trigger me! My partner has found the same, and I'm hoping to get my Mom some as Dad is losing his hearing and watches TV quite loud. Customer service from this company are *fantastic*. They do honour the full refund, and when we had a problem and they didn't count one of our items as returned, they looked into it and fixed it right away. The soft night silicone is much more comfy than their clear daytime ones, and my partner and I prefer them (both mini & regular). Anyone else who has sensory processing issues or is ND I highly recommend them for, the 100 day money guarantee is solid, and it's not expensive to ship them back either.

No hacen nada
